Sixth form art trip to London Autumn 2017
The Art department organised a trip for sixth form students studying Art and Photography A Level at Sawtry Village Academy.
The students travelled by train and underground to several locations around London. It was a busy day visiting the Courtauld and National Galleries before then walking up to The Photographers Gallery. There was also the opportunity to explore Trafalgar Square and stop for lunch.
Robyn Blackwell ‘ I thoroughly enjoyed the Art and Photography trip. It was very interesting and informative’.
Amy Bogusz ‘ It was a great trip. It was very inspirational and great to see some of the most famous Impressionist paintings, especially Van Gogh and Monet.’
