Three spewing s and a terror scare did not ruin a fantastic Sawtry Art GCSE trip to London on Friday 24th November. Three students succumbed to travel sickness on the bus (and fully recovered instantly) and on the return journey the bus traveled through the Oxford Street area of London half hour before the terror chaos and lock down ensued.
The students marveled at the artwork seen in the visits to both the Tate Modern and Tate Britain galleries. The visit was organised as an important opportunity to study artwork firsthand in support of their coursework projects. A boat trip transport between the two galleries enabled students to relax and enjoy seeing the waterfront attractions and landmarks. A wonderful trip thanks once again to the tremendous behavior and attitude of the Sawtry KS4 students.
