Community & Facilities For Hire
Sawtry Village Academy launched its leisure learning programme in November 2015, putting the Academy back into the heart of the village. New partnerships with the Sawtry Sports Centre have ensured there is plenty to choose from throughout the week and along with our newly refurbished facilities on the Academy site, there is no better time to come and get involved.
Our enthusiastic and experienced team of tutors invite you to join a variety of classes or activities that form the start of an expanding programme.

Board Room – Our boardroom offers seating for up to 8-10 delegates with use of projector and Wi-Fi. This facility can be booked during the school day, evening and weekends.
Conference Room – Our conference room comfortably seats 20-30 delegates; with tables, use of IWB and Wi-Fi is available. The room can accommodate up to 40-50 delegates if set out in conference style seating. It also has access to a kitchenette for self-organised refreshments. This facility can be booked during the school day, evening and weekends.
Hall – Our large and airy hall is suitable for a variety of hire purposes; including conferences, concerts and private functions. There is seating for up to 240 people with a maximum capacity of 250 people for health and safety reasons. The use of Wi-Fi and overhead projector are available. This facility can be booked during the evening and weekends.
Refectory – This spacious area is suitable for a variety of hire purposes; including conferences, concerts and private functions. The floor is also suitable for sports activities. This facility can be booked during the evening and weekends.
Refreshments – Refreshments can be ordered at the time of booking. Please make sure to state this as a requirement at the time of booking.
These lettings will be available during term time.
Out of term lettings can be considered with prior arrangement.
