Famous Local Artist visits the Art Department for talks to the students

On Monday 14th, the Art Department welcomed renowned local artist Tony Nero, who delivered an inspiring talk to KS4 and KS5 art students. Tony spoke about his journey in the art world, from his early work designing record album covers to holding a major exhibition currently showing at Peterborough City Museum and Art Gallery, which runs until mid-January.
Year 10 and Year 12 students listened attentively and were inspired by the wide range of artwork he shared during his presentation, including an impressive oil painting on canvas of the singer Prince, which he brought in to show the students.
