As part of their Year 9 GCSE Art coursework, students explored the oil painting style of Vincent van Gogh. Despite having no prior experience of working with oil paints, their reproductions of Self-Portrait with Bandaged Ear are outstanding and demonstrate a high level of skill, commitment, and understanding of Van Gogh’s expressive techniques.
