Zookeeper captivates art students

Hamerton Zoo’s zookeeper, Megan, recently visited the SVA Art department to speak with students about endangered animals. The talk was both engaging and inspiring, giving students valuable insights and plenty of creative ideas for their extended art project focused on animal posters.
A particular highlight of the visit was the hands-on experience, where students had the unique opportunity to handle real animal furs and even examine a tiger skull. This interactive element made the session especially memorable and helped bring the topic to life.
